Abstrak

Cultivating a growth mindset in education is vital for empowering students to embrace challenges and maximize their potential. By instilling the belief that intelligence and abilities can be developed through effort and dedication, students are encouraged to view failures as learning opportunities rather than setbacks. Educators play a crucial role in fostering this mindset by promoting a supportive and encouraging learning environment, where mistakes are seen as stepping stones to success. Emphasizing the process of learning rather than just the outcomes, students become more resilient, motivated, and eager to take on new challenges. As they develop a growth mindset, students unlock their full potential, fostering a lifelong love for learning and the confidence to tackle any obstacle that comes their way.
