Abstrak

Communication is the process of exchanging information, thoughts, ideas, and emotions between individuals or groups. It plays a vital role in human interaction and is essential for conveying messages, establishing relationships, and sharing knowledge. Communication can occur through various channels, including verbal (speaking and listening), written (text messages, emails, letters), and non-verbal (facial expressions, body language, gestures). Effective communication involves both the sender and the receiver of the message. It requires clarity, active listening, understanding, and proper interpretation of the information being transmitted. Good communication skills can enhance relationships, resolve conflicts, and facilitate cooperation and collaboration in personal, social, and professional settings.
